Hello, my name is Abby. I have been serving the midlands in the natural health field for seven years now. I began my journey becoming a Certified Holistic Health coach through Trinity School of Natural Health in 2019. I first took the course to better my own health, as well as my family, but it quickly became a much deeper passion. I believe that we all have a unique calling in life. My calling, is to help teach and guide those who wish to optimize their health and wellness. Full body, mind, and Spirit unity can not be achived through a magic pill or supplement, it begins first with an intense desire to make lasting change to live life to the fullest.

In 2020, I spent my time at home working on becoming a Master Herbalist. Herbs have always called to me, but at the time, I felt overwhelmed with how to teach others on their many beautiful uses. After my time learning from Master Herbalist Beth Hovis, I gained a deep understanding and respect for the healing herbs and plants this earth has to offer. I have continued to practice herbalism, work with local herbalists, study herbology through literature and research, and even spend some time working in an herbal apothecary.

Let me introduce myself...

My next challenge became studing to become a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. This certification would allow me to add even more services to better serve my clients and fully master all the holistic modalities I so dearly love. In 2022, I completed my last round of case studies and earned my certification. I had spent years studying anatomy and physiology, herbalism, and energy healing techniques, and I was over the moon to be able to serve my clients more efficently.

You have probaby noticed a pattern by now, my desire for learning and continued education has never slowed down. In the same year I earned my CHHP certification, I also attended classes with Discover Healing and became a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner.

Our emotions are just as important as our physical health, in fact, our emotions often dictate how well our organs and glands operate. Neglecting emotional wellbeing can have lasting effects on our health and wellbeing.

I have always had a heart for supporting women, but it further evolved into focusing on supporting postpartum woman after giving birth to my son. In 2025, I was blessed with a healthy baby boy, and it has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. I had the privilege to study pre and postnatal herbalism, as well as herbs for lactation, all while navigating new motherhood myself. While I am in no way an expert, I have greatly enjoyed exploring a new area of herbology and plant remedies and I continue to learn every single day.

Now, in 2026, I have so many dreams and aspirations. My learning is in no way finished, and I am hopeful to have some exciting new modalities coming this year and in 2027.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time playing with my son, tending to my herb garden, mixing up tea blends, having coffee with my husband, and talking about health conspiracy theories with my family memebers!

Thank you for taking the time to read my story, my clients are the heartbeat of my practice and the reason I love what I do. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out, I am happy to help.

Blessings,

Abigail Stanley, CHHP, CMH, CECP
