A CHHP is simply a wellness enthusiast who has taken the time to become a Certified Professional in the field of Natural Health. This designation shows that I have finished the required hours of natural health studies, exams, training, and client case studies, and that I have graduated from a professional education school with a certificate in my field of expertise. As a Master Herbalist, I also specialize in herbology and the practice of herbal remedies, and as a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, I also specialize in energy medicine.
This education enables me to provide one-on-one holistic wellness consultations that are always tailored to my clients' specific needs. I work to educate my clients on the holistic stewardship of the body, nutritious food choices, lifestyle practices, and recommended natural supplementation.
A common reason clients will book a wellness consultation is to address a plethora of digestive issues. Symptoms such as constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, stomach pain, and burning sensations, are all extremely common issues Americans are dealing with today.
Additionally, clients seek out my consultations for health concerns such as weight gain, fatigue, memory loss, brain fog, anxiousness, immune system malfunctions, hormonal imbalances, thyroid imbalances, urinary system dysfunction, inflamed joints, skin issues, cardiovascular dysfunction, and dis-ease within the body from potential parasites, Candida overgrowth, heavy metals, and environmental toxins.
As someone who has gone through their own natural health journey, I understand the struggle of having to buy hundreds of dollars worth of supplements, only to realize that nothing seems to help. During my consultations, I focus on the FOUNDATIONS first. The FOUNDATIONS include proper hydration, sleep, rest, sunlight, exercise, nutritious food choices, balanced emotions, and spiritual balance.
My intention in creating Foundational Wellness, LLC is to encourage, uplift, and inspire beautiful people from all walks of life, as they work towards living life holistically.

A holistic approach to health, simply means that the whole person (body, mind, and spirit), is taken into account when recommending natural supplementation and lifestyle practices. My own journey to living a holistic lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding, to all of my clients.
To achieve an optimal level of wellness, there must be equilibrium between the body, mind, and spirit. The most important aspects of health and wellness are hydration, elimination, body movement, nutrient dense food, mindfulness practices, spiritual practices, and stress reduction. As a CHHP, I "work with the face I see" so that I am not "matching herbs to symptoms", but rather, addressing all aspects of health to set my clients up for success on their journey to self-healing.

As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I work to educate clients on nutritious whole food choices that are not restricted to a certain "fad diet". Unfortunately, diet culture has created standards that are not sustainable for the human body. Depriving the body of food (i.e. nutrients), may result in momentary weight loss, but will also potentially create a terrain void of vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and amino acids necessary for health and life. For a lot of people, food can be a tough subject to discuss. It can be a huge challenge to make lasting change to the food we consume, because there is constantly new information being thrown at us from social media telling us what is "good" and what is "bad". This is where I thrive! I love talking about nutritious food choices, and how food can be used to fuel, heal, and nourish the body.
